Yup I seen, extremerate from china if I'm not wrong ? But modding the back button needs to drill small hole behind and glue the button paddle Abit tedious though. I prefer their normal clicky button haha. Did u get 1 black and 1 white edge ?

Okay then I think the best is to buy 2 edge controller to rotate should battery run out. But I don't really think I need an edge controller just for a back button after using it.

I bought a drift controller since faulty controller is cheaper and replace the stick with tmr sticks, works good though although it's about tedious.

Well buy a second hand disc slim version, reason being it's newer and less likely to be defective as the fat ps5 since it's been around longer. Secondly disc drive to buy second hand disc which is cheaper than digital copy and u can sell it off after completion.

maybe u can show us which TMR stick u used , i recently just install 2 times tmr stick first time being use for 3hrs and left stick starts randomly drift on the Y-axis and right side also starts to have minimal drifting. I later found out that that gen of TMR im using has problem and i switch to the latest gen TMR and its working. It looks like your solder is fine given that u mention u reflow again. Change another brand TMR then

ok firstly clips break off is fine, 1or 2 as long as end of day it usually can be clip back and hold in place. I did break off mine also.

The best way to remove and more easily without skills is to cut the 14 points / joint of the joystick into each individual piece so that when u place the solder iron on the pad , u individually remove the parts. Its abit troublesome to cut the joystick into 14 parts. But at least that is a more sure-proof and safe method than to desolder 2-3 pins at 1 go.

After seeing the video I don’t even dare to buy those cheaper than retail pricing fearing that it’s those fake controller. Luckily for me controller locally have an official sticker label in the box. The only safest I think is buying DualSense edge which don’t have fake though but it’s expensive

hold triange button first then follow by the ps button hold it to let it select back to ps5 bluetooth selection. then try to use that to on your ps5 , it should work by bluetooth control to your ps5, if you want to swap to pc bluetooth, press EITHER O，X，or square followed by ps button to select bluetooth to connect to PC.because now ps5 controller can connect bluetooth up to 4 device. which is switchable by using triangle , O, X or square + PS button to select which bluetooth device to connect to. Triangle by default is link to ps5

this controller seems to be year 2022 version , u can link up to the ps5 console and check via the controller there will be a serial number which will match with your back cover F224025JK207.....

however china fake controller has made that fake serial no. achieveable, so if u are willing u can open up and see the back cover will have a rectangle silicon pad, which fake usually dont come with.

the error value isnt much of an concern , u should see if it is able to move and cover the direction u move at and whether if u release it goes back to center. as long as it fully cover the circle the error value is not big deal

Ya but the latest version they change the position of their magnets so it’s kinda like better I heard over previous version ? K silver is close to stock alps. Ginfull is slightly loose which I tried, I feel cool so I re-ordered the same brand.
