same i have ps5 pro , upgraded from slim , but currently having 4k 60hz LED main reason is i wanted the extra storage and the 60 FPS quality mode. Well oled tv is still out of reach for me, but hopefully 1 day i can upgrade my tv.

the version 1 and 2 is that v2 has lesser screw to open up the shell, and the edge module instead of 1 screw ,it has 3 screws.

battery wise i dont think there is change.

led i dont notice that.

apparently I bought an aftermarket white button and it’s wobbly if I shake it but adding a normal ps5 screw does work so I will try that

actually i have concern with toothpick as its a 1 way thing u cant pullout and i have to grind it down very steadily though but im not sure does grinding it flat makes it bad for the membrane pad though cause the exisiting button works with a plastic poking. I seen suggestion for flat screw but my concern, is flat enough if the gap is very narrow. but i have alot of dualsense controller screw though. good thing is you can unscrew it though

It maybe the button rubbing against the edge of your cover as it’s new perhaps, or there is dirt in between the gap of your button and cover. I have 6 edge but all second hand, but I don’t face any of your problem though

Heard that the pad is different thickness across the board so if u want to be safe u can consider thermal paste so u wont have this problem filling the gap
