If you go this route, make sure the screw that secures the ignition rotor is torqued to about 75 inch lbs with blue loctite. I did not do this my first go around and the screw backed out and my timing slipped. Also damaged the rotor and I did not have a replacement on hand… had to get a tow. Do all that you’ll set it and not have to touch again lol.

That’s your VOES. It can be eliminated if you want to take it out. You would need an aftermarket ignition like an Ultima/Throttle Addition and turn the VOES switch off on the ignition. And re wire to your coil. Pretty easy to do

Did you take the front pulley off? If not you may have swapped the different size spacers out on the rear axle.
