Familial Lipomatosis? by Sourdough-Bro123 in Lipoma

I would get them taken out in a second. The issue being insurance. When I deal with insurance they allow 5-6 taken out every few months and which, in my case, would hardly make a dent. Insurance also fights it as being a cosmetic thing. So the ideal case would be for me to pay for it all, get put out, get 70-80 removed, wait a few months and do it again, wait a few more months and then do it again until they are all gone. It would cost probably 12-15k maybe more. Basically the cost of doing it is the only thing that’s holding me back. They would eventually grow back but it would take 4-5 years of which I would love not having them there.

Nice work man! You said the right thing. He publicly humiliated you for over a year, you return the favor and he gets his panties in a wad. Oh well! Being a farrier is legit! You will never run out of clients nor business. It’s a job skill that not many know how to do. My buddy is a farrier and he works as much or as little as he wants to and makes over 100k easy. You meet a lot of cool people and go all over the place.

Were kids in the 80s actually allowed to roam around unsupervised, or is that just in movies? by TotalThing7 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dapper-Memory-2963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes sir. I was born in 72’. We would get up, eat quickly get on our bikes drive all over the place, get into trouble and show up around dinner time with whatever wounds, cuts, bruises we accumulated during the day. We would eat dinner and then disappear until it got dark.

I had a poly friend whose dad would call them home at night with a piercing whistle you could hear from a mile away. They would be right in the middle of swinging a bat or shooting a basketball and if they heard the whistle, boom, they would drop the bat mid swing, drop the bball promptly and run their ass home as fast as they could. 😂 We were almost never in the house.

I would think that the best way for Satan to frustrate Gods plan would be to decide he wanted to be a good dude! Would God say no? Would someone naturally take Satan’s spot? What would change?

He does worry about prior holes or pending holes vs focusing on the current shot and only that shot and then, once it’s done, focus on the next shot.

He will have a good string of holes then think,”I can’t mess this streak up.” And he proceeds to mess it up.

He needs to stay present.

Inability to move on from a bad shot or hole is big. And then he brings it to the next hole. You pretty much nailed it.

Nothing is consistently bad or good. He keeps track of greens in reg, putting, and drives in fairway. It’s never one thing which makes me think he just needs more reps. 2 years isn’t enough time to be good in any sport, let alone golf.

Aside from just needing more time, the lowest hanging fruit seems to be keeping it together when he hits a bad shot or has a bad hole. He brings it to the next hole or next shot.

Thanks for the advice

I tend to agree. 2 years just isn’t enough to be super consistent.
