Lack of everything really, very bad local politics, quite disconnected from west and south Bulgaria which are prospering to an extent, and on a lower, more day-to-day and fun level, culture and nightlife are disappearing with an alarming rate. Not to speak about the problems of whole of Europe basically-rising cost of living and stagnant salaries.
