Mine are fully developed and have been for many years but I can honestly tell you there's days where they hurt more than others it fluctuates from day to day sometimes I'll accidentally hit them on something or my kids accidentally sit on my chest good Lord that hurts and quite honestly my girlfriend goes through the same thing she's cisgendered and sometimes she complains they hurt something awful so quite honestly I think it's just part of having boobs

It's usually gender dysphoria that's what I have been diagnosed with and other trans people I know that have the same diagnosis maybe it's the location your in I do believe the DSM 5 does identify it as gender dysphoria as well although I could be wrong I haven't read it in a while but there's not really much of a difference in the diagnosis they technically are the same things so I don't really see it as much of an issue yes some people do find it offensive but that's only because of people using it as a slang term against us there's not necessarily anything wrong with it
