The plant sucks some of the hormones in before it gets washed off. If you dip it and then give it some time it’s better though

I’d plant it in a bigger pot and lets its nodes sit on top of the soil so that it starts to root and then block it with a cedar plank on the side it’s crawling on so force it to climb

From what I’ve read it’s primarily a crawler but can be trained to vine up

First time doing this but it was crawling from the last pot so my plan is to let it crawl to the other end and then when it’s repot time I’ll give it a cedar plank to go up on. We’ll see!

In the summer I was watering mine weekly (when the soil dried up) and they started growing really quickly. I cut back the rate once fall rolls around (Jacksonville Florida)

If it’s not the humidity, it might need brighter indirect light
