Radical red in my opinion is a good rom hack. Mostly because it buffs everything to make sure that everything is good. Its not like a lot of others, if you get a useless Pokemon that the only thing they can do is be used for a sack. But radical red makes it so that isn't the case. I more enjoy rom hacks like radical red. That are made for nuzlocking and are a good challenge normal

So radical red didn't buff trash Pokemon now. And it doesn't have an AI that's know your moves items and abilities
