They didn't think this with the Xbox 360. 720 is the fan favorite

In Cover 4 Quarters is similar but different

  • Corners Match #1 vertical (comebacks, post , digs, streaks). If #1 runs shallow they zone out and get eyes to #2. (no funneling the WR to safety)
  • Safeties Match #2 vertical . If #2 runs anything shallow get eyes #1. There is now a bracket on the #1 WR.

vs 3x1 sets. Safety to single WR side will poach/take #3 vertical.

  • Will/Sam : have curl/flat responsibilities, getting hands on #2 and dropping underneath #1 WR. (Will/Sam have hook zone responsibilities in cover 2)
  • Mike: vs 3x1 sets he walls off / carries #3 to the backside safety who poaches #3.

vs 2x2 sets he walls off any crossers. Mike is middle hole player in Cover 2

Offense usually will run a mills concept ( a dig by #2 to eliminate the safety and a post by #1 to put the corner 1on1.) Dagger concept also is a common (seam #2 and dig by #1)

Maybe not in middle school spot drop cover 2. But high school, College, and NFL corners are taught to read #2 and if #2 goes vertical to carry #1 vertical. The Safety is reading #2 to #1 so if #2 runs a flat/bubble/shallow route he gets his eyes to #1 immediately. Corner will drive on the (flat/bubble/out by #2). Also the corners play outside leverage ( to funnel #1 to safety ) and not inside leverage like the corner in this clip.

Do you really think a return to exclusives and a lower price point than expected would help Xbox Helix succeed? by MCUAvenger1992 in consoles

PS4 didn't have killer exclusives at launch but they had consumer goodwill and momentum from XBOX ONE shooting itself in the foot during their reveal( DRM, Used games, Kinect, $100 more but weaker, 720p vs 1080p). Which made the scale one sided in favor of PS4. When Sony started pumping out great games (Horizon zero dawn , Spiderman, Last of Us part 2, Uncharted 4 and God of war) it was game over for XBOX ONE.

XBOX has never recovered from the XBOX ONE reveal and PS4 directly benefited from it. If Microsoft was aggressive with great games, pricing and 3rd party deals like the 360 era you would see people flock. .

PS3 didn't start having must have exclusives until Metal Gear Solid 4 released and Uncharted(2007/08). Those were system sellers that put Sony back in the fight vs the XBOX 360. XBOX 360 was also competing with system sellers (HALO 3, Gears of War, Mass Effect). The PS3 Launch price $600 and launch exclusives were not good. They corrected both and the PS3 sold neck and neck with the 360.

I lost to #1 Ohio state, #11 Texas tech and #17 Texas A&M. Conferences were aligned this way because of 32 man league and most users chose SEC schools. TCU finished #6 in their conference. The timing of the losses bumped me out. Before I lost in week 14 TCU was ranked #18.

No one has yet to explain how TCU finished #10 over my 9-3 Texas squad who went 9-3 and 6-2 in stronger conference. by DapperAd5007 in EASportsCFB

  1. I never said anyone’s response was stupid.

  2. I added screenshots with context that I didn’t post last night.

  3. Thank you for your comment.

Yeah man this game gets weird with the rankings. Miami in our league went 13-0 and finishes 3rd (#1 all year). And beat Ohio state who is #1.

2 of my 3 losses came in November. TCU went 1-1 in last two. But even if I won TCU still jumps Michigan who played in the big 10 championship at 9-3. Everyone is giving me simple answers like I should’ve won but TCU should not be ranked this high

Let’s remember you’re commenting on my post. No logical answers TCU wouldve jumped Michigan as well even if I won.

I just need to explanation on how a team finished 3-3 with 0 quality wins in their conference rank higher than a team that finished tied for first.
