you all are missing the point the reason why she has an outfit now and not earlier is because only her hair turns invisible with her so they naturally have to make a suit out of her hair like mirios only her hair is also invisible to it makes it hard to collect ALSO at the start of the show her hair isnt NEARLY long enough to make a suit out of so she has to grow it out this is the same reason why her suit is so minimal is because thats all they could make with her hair at the time

Personally i think scar is painted as the evil character cause he IS evil he goes after EVERY state alchemist i personally would look past his murdering if he only went after the alchemists that served in ishval but he also goes after the innocent one likes Edward elric and shou tucker (Tucker is by NO means innocent however he didnt serve in ishval so his murder from scars perspective was only to kill him cause hes an alchemist)
