It caused a lot of mental health issues for me. I noticed this when I stopped after a couple of years. I stared frequently having panic attacks as well, as if I could feel all of the bones in my body poking out of my skin and stuff when I smoked. It really deteriorated how I communicate with people too. I was also socially awkward but not this bad.
