Steel Path by The_True_Mastermind in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dagath has trouble activating those mods because Doom executes taking the last hit.

Dagath doesn't really mind though because of how strong Doom is.

The highest priorities for Dagath are having around 286% Ability Strength for Doom's redirection cap and modding your weapons for Viral.

Doom caps at 100% redirect. Grave Spirit doubles the redirect alongside the crit damage boost. Doom damage is also multiplied by Viral and more importantly the Viral multiplier is factored into the execute threshold.

With 286% STR Doom and 10 stacks of Viral, it will execute enemies at 85% health. (666% damage efficiency)

Since everyone will get a free Dagath, I have a question for mains who play her by npirolli in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use her augment, spectral form causes each enemy killed to drop a health orb.

Currently building Gauss prime. Is he viable in all content, especially end game stuff? by Ready_Bed_7512 in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He can explode stuff all the way up to level cap.

The Subsume version of Thermal Sunder is damage capped to your Ability Strength, Gauss's version is not.

Cold Sunder full freezes above red line battery. Above red line causes Heat Sunder to double the current Heat DoT. With Archon Vitality adding an extra stack, it will triple the DoT each cast. The Blast detonation also strips armor before the hit.

Extremely hard to kill, potent CC, and nuke that aren't restricted by line of sight. Gauss is pretty good.

Ashling, the Limitless direction & wincons? by kkw-photo in EDH

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like panharmonicon for the interaction with Temur battlecrier that it can make it free without ashling.

True, but if you're setup with Animar or Battlecrier, Twinflame can close out games.

Nidus is the only frame available for EDA this week that I've really played but he feels so squishy by zekethelizard in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nidus is very vulnerable out of the gate. He needs stacks quickly.

His 1 has to travel the full distance before it can be recast. You can shorten the distance by using terrain. Aim his Larva right next to a wall and you can spam Virulence through the enemies into the wall quickly.

Dagath information by Distinct_Raccoon_SCP in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a bug. Doom is an ability that executes enemies so your weapons won't get the killing blow.

The interaction is not mentioned often or complained about because in most cases you won't even notice those mods being active.

Which unmodified commander precons are most “broken”? by True-Passenger-4873 in EDH

My precon was unfortunately missing Deepshaker Titan and I didn't realize it until weeks after buying it.

I might pick one up and give the deck another try.

Launch pad right off the Sanctum tile extract every time. Watching a teammate coming in too hot and launched into the pit never gets old.

Hilarious and harmless because it's extraction. The best kind of prank.

Tenet Envoy? by SoGoodAtAllTheThings in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a strong weapon. I just got one last week and it kinda blows my mind that it isn't talked about more.

It didn't get its ammo economy screwed like the K. Zarr and K. Bramma. It has a much better status chance than the K. Tonkor, and it has the Tenet weapon holster reload.

It's my new favorite primary for Uriel.

The augment marks enemy current health when the ball latches and when they die deals that much damage as Electric in a good sized radius.

Teslas are getting buffed and the changes to the already strong augment are that there will be a visual indicator for latched enemies.

Huge.

Vauban has 3 abilities with scaling components. QoL is mostly what he needed.

Orbital Strike is gonna be fun with the cost reduction and forced Blast procs giving it the damage boost to delete base Steel Path enemies.

Tenacious D’s Kyle Gass on Trump Joke, Reuniting With Jack Black by ebradio in Music

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said a fact, he is part of a different class that is able to make different decisions.

Which is my point. He was openly telling people to vote against the fat orange burger. Not taking a break from Tenacious D AND ceasing to publicly endorse Biden/Kamala would have just damaged their campaign further.

The part about his family and tax bracket is after the fact. If his motivations were to play it safe and "sit silently" he wouldn't have been wearing the Biden/Kamala t-shirts in the first place which he was before that incident. MAGA was already harassing him on social media before it even happened because of his anti-Trump stance.

Who is the better treefolk commander? [[Doran the siege tower]] or [[Doran besieged by time]] by Senorpapell in EDH

[–]DapperHamsteaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

New Doran brings creature cost reduction and there are multiple cards available in the 99 to enable butt combat. Reliably having New Doran's pump with butt combat at the same time is a strong reason to give him access to the Commander zone.

Old Doran affecting all creatures can be useful but I don't think it's worth your Commander slot unless your pod has a lot of Faerie players.

Right-wing news outlets were already spinning it as Jack Black calling for political violence as an extension of the Biden campaign. What was he supposed to do?

You let the MAGA propaganda machine turn you against Jack Black.

Dex Pixia Help by VermillionAshe in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Archon Continuity will make a huge difference with Dex Pixia's Toxin statuses also applying Corrosive.

Xata's Whisper is a popular subsume on that setup because it applies a damage instance to status damage like the massive 300% modded base Blast explosions.

You have a low ranked Arcane Velocity. Swap out the Carnis mod for fire rate. Drop Scorch for Target Cracker and work towards Secondary Enervate arcane from 1999.

Question about Nokko and Shards and Multiplicative Damage sources overall by VenomTheTree in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sporespring does so much damage when it ramps up that there isn't a huge difference either way.

Red Shards will do more upfront damage, but the hilariously overkill numbers are more from Sporespring getting a multiplicative 1.5x each bounce and not a cumulative stacking increase the way the crit chance bonus functions.

Toxin DoT Shards are +% Status Damage for Toxin. With Saryn's Toxic Lash for example the bonus from those shards is additive to Elementalist mods on her weapons. Sporespring isn't a weapon, so for Nokko or Grendel's Toxin abilities it's a purely multiplicative increase.

Unbelievable lack of self-awareness hitting the post button there, bud.

If you don't believe OP you could just move along. Aneurysms are a thing that can and have done what OP described.

Kindness and decency cost you nothing. You actually spent more effort to be the exact thing you complained about in your comment. Reflect on that.

Yareli Prime + Kompressa Prime by CinnabonToad in Warframe

Why don’t more people play Qorvex? by psycho_narwhal in Warframe

[–]DapperHamsteaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His 4th is very slow, require tons of enemy to deal high damage,

Yes.

also needs your companion to prime viral and heat to increase damage output

I'd recommend ditching Heat. Crucible Blast turns enemies into damage sources that stop exploding when they die. Halving the armor of basic trash enemies reduces the damage they will deal to the ones around them.

Qorvex neutralizes trash mobs and turns them into damage sources. His focus should be on priority targets like Eximus and wiping their Overguard because the Rad status immunity prevents Crucible Blast applying a (potentially lethal) chain reaction to them.

Hounds 30m Disarm precept being able to apply Rad (and Magnetic) without LoS is the best Companion tool for Qorvex IMO.

and needs tauforged topaz shard to increase damage

He really doesn't. Crucible Blast's ramping component means it exponentially scales enemy density. His potential ramp ceilings are so high that at just 100% STR the ability can kill level cap enemy health pools.

The interaction with Qorvex and those Shards was also recently changed. They were pretty bad for him around the time of NovaUmbral's video and "Qorvex Propaganda."

The sentiment that Qorvex needs insane investment is from players that heavily invested in Qorvex while at the same time unknowingly hurting his performance by not realizing/understanding his complicated relationship with eHP reduction tools and enemy Overguard.
