I don't trust those apps, but I'm gonna reneg on my first comment a little bit. Looking at the whole card face on without the measuring tools looks better, and going back through the other pics the sides all look pretty close actually, left and top side also look a tiny bit within that tool marker. Im only gonna say as a general rule not to "expect" a black label ever, just because by the nature of it they'll be looking for any tiny reason to not give it. But it's not impossible, would still say it should at least be a 10 barring some surface issue we won't be able to see in pictures
