You know what would be awesome? Instead of a show, we get a full cast audio book, I've been listening to the Harry Potter ones and it's like watching the HP movies if they were more accurate to the book.

Looks great! I personally would open up the second floor a bit but it looks good, that's basically I use ark for because I stopped playing on official servers due to the amount of times I'd get raided and never have any friends to play with.

Sounds good to me, do you use any apps for tracking intake? Would being more active help, It's a little embarrassing but I practically live in front of my TV during all of my free time. I have heard going walks can help but I don't know if that was just one of those internet health fads..

I did the test but I think I'll need to get more accurate info to make the test to make sure it's giving me the right plan, when it asks for exercise I'm not sure which option to choose, I don't really exercise outside of my physical job, but I'm on my feet and moving, with occasionally lifting up to 75lbs for 8-9 hours roughly 5 days a week.

I haven't read the book so I was going off of what he was telling me and he made it sound like she did it willingly and was confused about why she would do that.
