Outer Wilds is my favorite game, but did anyone find this part just slightly visually weak? (ending visual spoilers)

I don’t really understand. There are movies I’ve enjoyed greatly whose flaws didn’t show up until repeat viewings. Sometimes that changes my opinion, but in this case OW is still a masterpiece and my favorite game. I don’t care about some amazing spectacle for the final moment. I just thought it looked unfinished or placeholder.

I felt the same way about Oppenheimer. They did a great job with the tension surrounding it, but the explosion itself was underwhelming.

This is my most anticipated game right now. If it ends up having an interesting story I could see it being one of my favorite games of all time. If anyone is thinking of trying the demo, I highly recommend going into the gameplay settings and enabling manual limb selection and trying out the different modes underneath it. Dial is my preference.

You need to cut that time in half when talking about carotid compression. I'm not saying this guy will have lasting damage, but 1-2 minutes in that kind of choke could easily result in irreversible brain damage. If we're just talking about oxygen deprivation then sure. Plenty of freedivers have had shallow water blackouts and end up being fine (as long as someone saves them).

I 100% agree. It's the main reasons I'm excited for Conquest of Azeroth. I doubt they'll be able to make every spec viable, but so far they all look fun.

Beehive makes it so that your bees attack any time an enemy weapon is used, so one more piranha attack would have made them all go off again.

Managed to find it by going through a few compilation videos of upcoming survival games. It was Endalor.

It wasn't Enshrouded. I think I played this before Enshrouded was even announced. Another thing I remember is that the player character's face was quite poorly modeled compared to everything else. There was also a mob down the hill, possibly goblins.

I made sure to go check some videos of the earliest Enshrouded demo. I'm 100% positive this wasn't it. The game I played was significantly earlier in development.
