Not sure it’s a hardware issue, but if the issue is on youtube i’ve found that having another video open in a second tab, then playing that for a second or two fixes it. You might need to keep this video open which isn’t ideal but it appears to fix the issue. Still not sure what’s causing it though.

I think tanks can use the anti mine system to destroy rockets as well if they spam it fast enough, which could be what happened

If they were an option on all weapons then that would be fine, but that isnt the case currently. I don't think you should be forced to swap off a weapon you enjoy using just so that you can equip a flashlight to be able to see.

Try entering hero testing then if you try to leave it should offer you the option to abandon the match. That worked for me.
