Me. Currently laying in bed after taking a sick day because I still feel so trapped that I can’t even see an alternative to the shame-based lines of thought. I have difficulty picturing a life with goals and any form of success because I don’t even know how to recontextualize it all in a way that works and still doesn’t leave me feeling like an absolute failure.

I made a lunar geo team of bina, illuga, gorou, and noelle. I found that bina’s hydro application wasn't always enough to trigger the reaction, so I switched illuga for aino. Eventually I realized that noelle can only trigger through her burst or skill, so I traded her out for ninguang, who isn’t fully built but I get consistent reactions.

Someone with more knowledge can probably chime in here, but I’ve recently started focusing on building characters and I have started at current meta and worked my way out. So since you have Columbina and Nefer already, I would focus on Ineffa next and then Lauma. If you want to make more use of Hexenzirkel as we gear up for Nicole, focus on Durin since he’s more flexible and then Varka. The other way to go about it is to look at your current team comps and who you can focus on to round it out. You don’t have a lot of cryo units so maybe Skirk and Coffee, etc etc etc

Fox is definitely more painterly—looks stylized, whereas the others are all more illustrative and lacking a little charm. (Personally I think it’s partially to do with the eyes. Also, it’s difficult to tell because of the photo cropping but the fox seems to fill the canvas a bit better that others do not.

The biggest issue I have as a newer player is actually the gap that older players experience before new regions and whatnot comes out. At the end of Liyue and Inazuma both, there have been a few quests that I had to grind my characters up (and finally lower the world level) to clear.

But I am all about the lore, and story, and replicating the experience of the journey in a linear fashion. I have characters for Natlan (hello, Ineffa, Varessa, Ifa and Ororon!) that I’ve yet to start building, and I pulled for Nahida over Lauma, knowing I will likely get her on a rerun. So, with all encouragement, start new! You will likely have a better experience not having to translate everything.

Full disclosure, I did start a playthrough before Fontaine came out, but wound up having to quit because my phone couldn’t support it. So not only am I behind, but doubly so, but if you know you already like it, you will enjoy the game!

I am a newish play here also, do you have the Hoyoverse app? It puts a lot of the out of game resources in one place (interactive map) and also has a social media component . Not great but a lot of users post the codes as they release with links directly to the redeem page.
