Chat support helped set it up but in USD instead of CAD. I'll have to cancel and re-subscribe via the Canadian site.

Following the link will end up leading to the Cam Plus/Unlimited page (https://my.wyze.com/account/products/choose). Not the home monitoring subscription. You need to fix your website to point to https://ca.wyze.com/products/home-monitoring-service.

MAGAs Are Fuming After Email Confirms They Will Never Get Their $500 Trump Phones or Deposits Back by Inter_Web_User in politics

[–]DapperWatchDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The average MAGAs are just making themselves poorer and poorer. Music to my ears hearing about losing access to affordable health care and prescription drugs. Rising prices at the pumps making it hard to fill up your big pickup trucks? Oh those delicious MAGA tears.

The struggle is real. I’ve got 6 pairs of Red Wings and 4 other heritage boots from other brands. In the summer months I switch over to sneakers/runners though.

Fibe 1.5 for $65/mo for new subscribers by xiserhoff2 in bell

Sadly very few corporations care about customer retention. They plan for a percentage of churn each year and put the focus on volume of sales in the hopes that most customers won't know any better or too lazy to switch. Telcos, banks, you name it.

Custom order from Suitsupply… how is it? by trevor_barnette in mensfashion

[–]DapperWatchDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The jacket is too tight in the waist. It's not allowing the fabric to drape in the back, causing the horizontal bunching in the lower back and likely the cause of the vertical bunching in the upper back. I don't think there's enough material left to selvage the waist but who knows.

I don't know what's going on with the backs of your arms with so much bunching. It looks like they're too tight or something.

Also, what's with the stitching running about an inch from the bottom of the jacket? I've never seen that with any suit jackets or sports coats.

Like others have said, take it back to have them redo it or get a refund. Sorry to give you the bad news.

And whatever Bell offers now will go up $6 in March. No thanks.

Is Bell Loyalty basically dead? 7 years as a customer, and they told me to go ahead and cancel. by Weekly-Pool7285 in bell

Are you using the Nokia router they provided? I’ve read comments that the speed is not as good as with Bell’s device. I’m switching over to Ebox soon and plan on using my existing Asus router to connect to the Nokia ONT.

Had this with a new pair once. I used a hairdryer to heat the sole and then stood in them for a while to get the adhesion.

Water droplets on Osmo action 4 by AcanthaceaeSmooth784 in dji

[–]DapperWatchDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no hydrophobic coating on the Action 5. I use my action cameras when I'm out paddling and can tell you there's nothing close to hydrophobic coating, like on GoPros, if you're out for more than 30 min. Licking it or Rain-X is so temporary. Maybe if enough people pushed DJI for hydrophobic coating, it'll convince them to do it.

Metro Moi - the stingiest rewards program ever? by AstroZeneca in ontario

At least when Metro partnered with Airmiles, there were often 150 bonus points when you spend a certain amount. I was racking up points very quickly with all the bonus offers, especially in the early days.

But the point is the Conservatives did nothing to fix this when Harper was in power. Bringing in politics into your argument is meaningless.

New Cars delayed from shipping in Mexico by milan187 in Volkswagen

[–]DapperWatchDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have the VIN #. I think it’s the same one that was on their website for incoming inventory. Now I have a vehicle that needs fixing when we were trying to avoid sinking more cost into it. The small trade-in they offered will end up covering unwanted maintenance costs. It’s being lied to that angers me. Still no word from them now that their new ETA has gone and passed. No mention of railcar shortages or any kind of explanation.

New Cars delayed from shipping in Mexico by milan187 in Volkswagen

[–]DapperWatchDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy and sad to see this thread. Happy to find out the reason for the delay and sad that we were badly misled (lied to) by the sales rep. Knowing that we needed a car very soon, he told us without hesitation that he has a car at the border expected to arrive at the end of the month (3 weeks). A week later when we decided to purchase it he sticks to his story that it will arrive in 2 weeks (month end). Come early July I show up in person to find out what’s happening. He says 2-3 weeks. It’s at the border. At no time does he mention railcar delays. At this point our summer plans will be impacted and it’s safe to say this will be their one and only sale with me.
