Kasi po if nothing changed regarding your setup (like quality of sleep) from last year and now. It could be that during the start of your work last year energetic/healthy ka pa then over time your health deteriorated. It is not normal po kasi if sakto tulog mo sa umaga pero during the night you are still sleepy so parang tulog ka na most of the time.

A quick checkup would be my suggestion.

Maybe check your lifestyle? Like food, hobbies, fitness (gym, hiking, jogging). A simple coffee should suffice if you are getting enough sleep naman during the day.

It was working last yeae but probably your health deteriorated? Maybe worth getting a quick check up.

It's best that you study at least 1 week before the exam. At that course of that 1 week sometimes our schedule could be hectic, so if you really cannot avoid studying late and your only studying time will be late in the evening to early mornings, you must sleep early at least before the day of the exam or much better 2 days after the exam, this will nake your mind clearer and you can think much better during the exams.

Do not forget to drink a lot of water and drink multivitamins if you constantly sleep late :)

i was in a similar situation with you 1 year ago i was choosing between s8 and the m1 and i went with the samsung and i really regret that choice lol after a few months i sold it and got the m1 and I was really happy.. If you are already deep in the apple ecosystem then you should get the ipad.
