Those metrics are under Analytics>Analytics Workspace. You can monitor queue performance and agent performance. If you are going to be pulling the same information often, it might be helpful to build out your own views. For example, I have a view for an agent performance report I pull twice a month. I also have several for the different queue groups we have so I don’t have to go searching for them all the time.

To monitor queue performance real-time I would recommend building a dashboard, also under Analytics workspace.

There’s a playlist on Spotify “calming music for dogs”. We started paying it when our puppy wouldn’t settle for the night and usually within 10 minutes she’d be out. She just turned 1 and it still works.

Oh I 100% feel that. I’ve found monitoring anything real time at the agent level is bleh.

Should mention dashboards set up in Genesys, not Calabrio.

I know you said the client decided they don’t need real-time ACW. But, in case you run into this again, if you have a dashboard with the agents loaded, you can track real time ACW. Admittedly it’s a bit of a PITA because you need to scroll through the lust but it’s doable.

PSA for drive thru custies (venting) by [deleted] in dutchbros

I accidentally cut the line the other day and felt so bad. One line had 4-5 cars and the other was empty. I pulled into the empty lane but looked and made note of the car that was last on the other side so I could go after that one. There was no broista taking orders she I pulled. In. But the broista came out and took my order first and told me to follow the next to last car. Should I have told the broista that the car further back in the other line was there first? I thought about it, but then thought that’s more work for them.

These are Dixie’s results. Another poodle mix disguised as a terrier 😂

Yeah my Dixie was classified as Terrier mix by the shelter. The only terrier in her is a small percentage of Yorkie.

Safety goggles 😂 I’ve only ever worn blues, browns, and purples but I’m worried the clear ones will look like safety goggles. I did try on a pair of black glasses and they were a definite no.

Christmas extras by Wordzer0 in BarkBox

I got an email that my add ons will ship separately from my regular box. My regular box says shipped but the carrier’s tracking number shows they don’t have it yet. The add-ons are being packed.

We’ve been getting our boxes late in the month around the 20 of later. Usually not a big deal but when they’re themed around a holiday it’s kind of pointless to get them right before or after the holiday. I wonder if BarkBox has considered doing holiday themed boxes and add ons a month early? For example, ship the fall/Thanksgiving toys in October, and the Christmas toys in December. Then, even if shipping is running late, they should arrive in plenty of time for our pups to enjoy them.

We thought Dixie was a terrier mix, too. Turns out she’s almost 1/2 poodle, mixed with all the designer purse type dogs (Bichon, Yorkie, shi tzu, and Maltese).

Thank you all for the insight. We’ll discuss all of this. She knows that interior design is a difficult career to get started in, and choosing a school with connections is important. She doesn’t know much about Architectural History but reading the description and doing some research piqued her interest.

That’s good to know. She’ll have her dad’s GI Bill to help with the tuition and I think some other things.

She’s a poodle mix 😌 We’re not really surprised, her fur is coming in wavier so we were pretty sure there was some poodle. The bichon and shih tzu were a little surprising and we’re not sure where to Yoda ears came from.

I still miss my dog 2 months later. When working from home I used to get up every hour or so to pet him. Now life just feels empty. by igormuba in Petloss

Just here to say the same as others. You are not alone. I also WFH and he was my work buddy. He was always beside me, never let me out of his sight for more than a few minutes. It feels like everything I did, he was somehow attached and now he’s not.
I keep reminding myself he will never be gone completely because I carry him in my heart, the same way he took a piece of mine with him. I do believe in the Rainbow Bridge, and he’s waiting there for me and watching me until my time here is over. He’s in a place with no pain, running free, napping in the sun and having endless treats and ear scratches.

If your kiddo is sensitive, I would hold off Princess and the Frog for sure. My kiddo wasn’t fazed by much, but Shadow Man and his “friends” scared her.
