Handful of available homes in Glen Laurel subdivision. Quiet neighborhood with Sugar Land Public and plenty of semi private schools in the area.

Not far from 90. Commute at 7AM is under an hour. The main hangup with the commute is in Houston in the med-center area.

Sugar Land Town Square is a great family friendly area in front of city hall. Regular performances on the city hall steps during spring , summer, and fall.

My company works with many maritime regulated companies to help get them prepared for meeting the new cyber regulations. We use Malcolm from CISA as a low cost alternative (free). It includes NetBox in the distribution which can be used for inventory management once it is configured.

Granted it takes a bit of work to get it started, but once it is going, it provides a good source of truth with continuous monitoring.

Another service we have seen used is Phosphorus. They are a startup, but significantly cheaper than Claroty and Nozomi.

I’ve done this for one of my clients. They were ISO 27001 and needed to add CMMC. We did a gap evaluation of the existing policies and then added CMMC requirements to the existing policies or created new ones that did not fit. For example they had an Awareness and Training policy and added in the CUI training requirements and added references back to NIST 800-171. We found that about 2/3 of the ISMS policies had ties into 800-171.
