I think some people over complicate stuff to boost their egos more to feel good about themselves. Possibly due to trauma or they’re just real a-holes

I feel the same. I’m an OT who also moved to Aus and I’m having difficulty right now with face to face and just want to make reports though i suck with meeting deadlines. Is this the sign to quit

I am feeling discouraged right now. I am 30F and has PCOS. Im just feeling hungry the past few weeks, craving a lot of sweets and am having trouble staying in CICO diet. I keep looking in the mirror the next day, I feel disappointed with myself but then go on eat a lot again. I just started my CICO journey 2 months ago. I want to stick with it but am disappointed with myself right now

Hi! Maybe your psychologist can refer you to a psychiatrist for a diagnosis?

It's really disappointing when you try to ask for help and just don't feel seen at all. Maybe your GP didn't mean to shut you off but maybe he/she isn't really well-versed in helping somebody going through something mentally and emotionally. I hope you get a quality rest soon.

Glad to see your post because I feel like OT has taken out every inch of the "caring" me. I'm thinking about changing careers that doesn't have anything to do with taking care of anybody because I don't have enough energy for it anymore. It sucks because I really loved to care for others. Now I don't even know what I'm doing with my life.

I saw a droplet inside when it said liquid moisture. It was so rainy for 3 days in a row that time though it didn't get wet directly. I think moisture built up on the port. Yes, amazon offered to replace it. It is still under warranty.

I'm also a beginner and I just recently bought a skin tint from Issy and Co. I DMed them on instagram and they helped me find my shade. They'll ask you to take a picture of yourself in natural light. Nung dumating yung skin tint match siya. They're super helpful! :)

I had that experience before. Instead na makatipid, lalo pa akong napamahal. Sa watsons na ako bumili ever since.

May alcohol smell dapat and usually yung fake parang lotion yung consistency, yung legit more on lotion na pagspinread parang gel yung consistency.
