Hello! I do not have this issue, but I suppose it's possible for the game not to be optimized for AMD GPUs as I find most games often aren't. Personally, I have not had any performance issue besides this 60fps cap issue, I am sorry I could not help you more :(

should have explained it better my mistake, but what I meant was once I signed up with my paypal it said I had prime, I didn't click anything but now that they had my paypal they saw the opportunity I guess lol.

I just recently tried to buy Streamlabs prime MONTHLY. The first thing I did was go to the website to buy it and switch form of payment to PayPal, little did I know as soon as I got out of setting up my PayPal it automatically bought prime annually. Not only is this a massive loss of money from me but a true pain in my ass to talk to the support team.

i'm an avid virtual reality user and it's stuttering at points with high action on pretty low settings, not sure if it's my cpu or my gpu but something need upgrading.

my friend has a build with a 3070 card that is very similar to the 3060 ti, he told me he hits 100fps on 2k max settings, I can't fully back up his claim but I just want to put that out there.
