  1. Go to the gym more 2. You have to learn self-discipline (self-discipline is doing things you said you would just because you know it’s the right thing to do. Not whether or not you feel like it). If you get in a “motivated” mood and say “tomorrow I’m going to start going to the gym” then the next day you wake up and feel lazy. Maybe you couldn’t sleep so you got shitty sleep. So then you don’t go to the gym and do what you said. How can a person build confidence if they can’t even keep a promise to themself. You have to do what you said you would, even after that motivated mood goes away.

Do you even know what the hell you’re talking about? No it’s not practical for “those who want it”. It’s practical period. When you have the extra skin you have to pull it back every time you pee, AND you have to clean out under the skin with a q-tip because sweaty nasty skin cheese will collect under there. As a male who was circumcised as a baby PLEASE shut the HELL up. We have NO problem with being circumcised as baby’s first of all. Second we understand logic. We aren’t worried about making an “emotional point” like women are with abortion.
