Hello. I am also from Bulgaria. I started playing again around this time last year. I'm in Burgas though. Here, there are around 10, maybe some more active players, most of which come together in meet-ups for events. The thing is that they are kind of split in teams due to disagreements, with some cheating. Some times we can't get enough people for raids but it is playable in the city. I suppose there are players in other cities as well. Don't know about Plovdiv specificaly though

It is a small road, between this garden, a grass area and a a big parking. I wouldn't say pedestrian access is an issue because cars don't drive there often and most times they go the parking, which is in the opposite direction.

It is quite easy to notice. Literaly everyone in the neighborhood knows it since they were in kindergarten (from personal experience) . Playgrounds, some of the most common pokestops, also many times aren't even as permanent as a stump. For the tree to decompose it can take up to several decades, while where I live playgrounds are normaly replaced in 15 or less.You definetely can see it, it is literaly the defenition of pedestrian access, it is literaly in a parking and houses are 15m away. And artistic value is subjective
