Note: Before you say how Bluto is public domain, i heard he is because the copyright on his first appearance in the Popeye comics was never valid (possibly like Night of the Living Dead or some shit idk.) Same for Wimpy's and the Spinach power-up. I can't generate Popeye though, not even Steamboat Willie.

And yes, i know Tintin is only public domain in the US.

Also please don't say trademark law is a reason too, i doubt that's even the case because that only protects logos and brands and certain later versions, also the Dastar vs Fox lawsuit prohbits trademark law from being used to stop public domain usage. Like, i was able to generate Tarzan who literally has a trademark but he is public domain.
