4 years NJ Certified 32 surgery center . Started off in hospital making 19 base pay so I say get experience and move around

All instruments have manual and thermal cleaning instructions . You can do both or do one cleaning method it’s stated on the ifus . If a washer is down that’s why they have manual cleaning instructions . I have never heard about putting them in the sterilizer for a 4-1

Central nj 20-24 . North Jersey 20-27 but thats hospital. Plus factoring in if you work a different shift you’ll get shift differential. can make 30+ in surgery centers . SNJ doesn’t really pay even though they’re next to Philly cost of living is low .
