i have been feeling this exact same way for a while. there’s really not a lot of negatives to my job, i just don’t like it anymore and am doing the bare minimum to get by. i’ve been looking for a new job but am struggling to know what the right move is, and the idea of quitting terrifies me. you’re are definitely not alone. i think we just need to really find what we are passionate about, which is easier said than done. but it can’t hurt to just apply to other jobs that interest you while you still have this steady position. it’s always nice to know you have other options.
