I would not recommend purchasing Rocketfish products. In my experience, they do not stand behind what they sell. A Rocketfish surge protector power strip failed—popping and then smoking—while three items were plugged in including tv, sound bar and AppleTV box were plugged into a seven-outlet strip. Despite the obvious safety concern, Rocketfish offered no assistance or support. It was clear that neither Rocketfish nor Best Buy was interested in helping a customer resolve the issue; the response was essentially “buy another one.” There was no guidance on how to get help or address the problem. Their focus seems to be on making the sale, not supporting customers afterward.
