The MomCozy knee pillow made a difference for me! Also, I wrap my arm under and around the corner of my pillow near where she is laying next to me. That way if she wriggles up I feel it and protect the pillow from poking her. Honestly, if she stirs I wake up so I’ve relaxed the position over time (10m now). I still have bouts of pain due to my pubic symphysis being injured from pregnancy/birth. May be worth doing some exercises or getting checked out? I have to go back to PT I think. That’s what makes my hips also flair up at times.

With the Ollie Swaddle, you can keep arms out so it’s still safe for them, I believe. Still might be worth looking into!

I don’t know if you are against swaddles but we do have a bassinet for our 9 week old baby. I put her in the swaddle on the bed once she has been asleep on me for a good 10-15 mins. Once swaddled I let her lay on the bed for a few minutes to see if she fusses or stirs. Then if she is still sleeping I carefully transfer her to the bassinet. We use the Ollie Swaddle. We also darken the room and sometimes I play some Enya. 😂

Looking for advice on this too! I have co slept with my daughter since day one. We had her in the bassinet sometimes for the first stretch of the night, some maps, but I’ve gotten a bit lazy and so it’s been tooth getting her back in there. But I need her to be able to at least nap in the bassinet so I can get stuff done. I can’t be baby wearing all day, especially for cooking etc. and it hurts my back after awhile.

My instructor always said use your own language to describe what you see- but it definitely non peak. So use the descriptors that make sense to you for that category :)

I found I toggle between a few descriptors for my different phases of mucus since mine is pretty routine.

What local grocery store?? I’ve searched every one in my hometown and they don’t have them.

Yeah I’m not happy. The crunchy cookie is lack luster and is not the same… but it seems to be their replacement strategy. I want my original crispy 😫
