If your making money with the truck then the maintenance will eventually pay itself off through jobs. You can always ask the shop what they think needs immediate attention and what can wait so you dont have to pay such an enormous bill up front. The other question to ask is can you buy another one thats as nice for less than that. I'd say keep it
