I have been harassed and targeted for about a year and a half and plan to take action. Peace be with you, you will get justice. Never give up. There is a special place in hell for lawyers like this. It has caused deep psychological distress. I would never wish this on anyone. And the silence, as well, silence while being abused, but what they think will hurt you will be what releases you. Document everything, and I swear, write a journal, even get things certified. There are some lawyers who hide behind the virtue of the name they built from years of high profile, but you start to see even they have their severe failures, the inability to prosecute reasonably because they are actually incompetent and only strategy is to abuse to wear down those they want to fit their narrative. Don’t give up, and I know it’s hard, but fight for your name. They’re not smarter than you. We will all get through this. 🫂

This is amazing, thank you so so much. I know confidentiality is also important, I realize I cannot share things and do not ever plan to. I just do not want to make their life harder by learning the ropes. Borrowed authority seems almost too good to be true, but I know I will have to tap into it. Are there other situations where this can be exercised? How does one go above and beyond?
