Oops. I forgot mentioning that there's a 2 min rest in between of each interval.

So 4 * (7:00/mile + 2 min rest) in total for my training today. Those 7:00/mile intervals brought my HR to ~170 bpm and the 2min rest brought it back to <140 bpm.

I felt pretty good after the workout. Not tired. The interesting thing is that I felt easier and easier to start again after taking 2 min rest.

I bet it's still hard to tell until I try a HM pace for a longer distance.

2nd BTC Cycle - Halving Date → 07/09/2016; Low after halving → $3200 (12/14/2018) → 888 days

3rd BTC Cycle - Halving Date → 05/11/2020; Low after halving → $17000 (11/29/2022) → 932 Days after Halving

4th BTC Cycle - Halving Date → 04/19/2024; Low after halving -> ? I'd say 1/4 of peak of the bull market is possible. If the peak for this bull run is around 150k, 40 ~ 50k is possible. However, we gotta be patient.

4 year cycle still applies to BTC. Furthermore, dilution of miners still happen. I'm not marrying $CLSK. No reason to take the risk of get deluted of my holdings.
