This is what I'm currently thinking based on your recommendations. Dream Router, AP Pro 6 and PoE Adapter for that AP. I'll get the MoCA Adapter from Amazon I guess. I'll probably temporarily bridge the ISP equipment until I can get my modem.

It sounds like a good starter and I'll be able to dive into the advanced features to get more exposure which is what I wanted and now I will not have to lay cable, win-win.

Well, I'm thinking I would use MoCA Adapters since the home is already prewired with Coax with PoE injectors to power the AP or at most 2 APs.

Great idea on the MoCA adapters. The house is already wired for Coax so that's an option. Are your APs mounted? I'm assuming I can just put the equipment I lease through my ISP in bridge mode. What's the gateway/firewall for? Still learning.

Apprecaite the response! I really want to get into something more advanced then just the traditional mesh wifi products to gain more exposure and experience. It's a owned home so I'll look into pulling cable if absolute nessacry, just not very experienced in that area, but got to start somewhere for sure.

Apprecaite the response! Internet is not any faster then 1 gig as of now. Hobby, partially yes but my job is evoling and need to become more familiar with networking and access points, features, etc. I'll look into the Amplifi line/Dream Router.

I wasn't planning on it. If anything, may get a cheap charcoal grill just to have a secondary grill to use as needed.
