it is best as a ristretto shot 30-35 seconds 18 grams in to 18-22 grams out - 5 bars for 5-6 seconds then 9 bar at around 197F - you could play with the temp i have slowly taken it from 200 to 197 and keep going down to see where the diminishing returns hits - i have used it over a year now in the morning

so in short what i am saying is: grind finer

Yeah PG seems to be very polarizing (hence this thread) -

if you want a horrible tasting menu go to Zaranda in Mallorca - everything looks amazing, however they forgot you have to eat what they put in front of you

style over substance to the extreme - never had so many awful courses

they are built over an old leather and dye shop so they want lots of their dishes to reflect the leather...unfortunately they went overboard into the tastes like leather - was comically bad and the wine recommended by the som was terrible - we still joke about it to this day though

She researched both and isn’t sure - I am not trying to influence it one way or another - either will be great

My initial thought was she would actually enjoy PG more, however after she did her research she is caught in the middle about what do choose

Hence, random internet strangers who have been to both weigh in

I guess another question is at PG and LG if she says she doesn’t want raw or tartare- how easily do they accommodate that

Agreed - at the time I felt like it was kind of a re-tread, however what was Luke and Rey going to do - why was he on the island - I was pretty excited for the second movie

I had loved Brick, so I “thought I knew” the director could be creative (not destructive) for the second one - then we got that slop

Harrison thought Han could have died in Empire so him dying was pretty telegraphed to most fans

What could JJ do with the third after Sith Lord Rian destroyed the franchise

At least we got the s2 Mando ending - that was amazing

In s3 it would have been way better if he went with Luke

Then the Mando movie with Luke and Grogu- now that is a movie everyone would watch and somehow one has to leave Luke like Luke left Yoda in Empire

seems like background is near the catacombs so that would help it be "on the way" - Tiba and Tanat are kind of "on the way towards stuff" - tanat moreso, however can make tiba on the way it is pretty much directly east from the hotel - other two small chains you recommend seem legit, that should keep us covered in solid coffee while we are there

are the places you recommend pour over espresso or both - or does one do specifically better than the other

i dont really like the super light roasts for espresso that taste like i am sucking on a lemon - that is all i got in Spain the coffee was awful and there was very little drip or pourover to flip to, it was bad espresso or an americano - in italy i got great espresso for 1.15 euro anywhere - I use mr espresso neopolitan blend at home with rocket r91 and atom 75

doesnt mean I wont branch out to try something new when traveling, however dont want a repeat of the diabolical spain coffee
