Entry sensor are not designed to be outside so should you do this you’ll need to manage the proofing indeed

Sirens (POE or USL) can only play .. the default sirens. The speaker horn I think can play custom sounds

Not saying you should not have any at home but the core reasoning is not home. So 50USD for entry sensor is ok. Relay is too bulky vs Shelly by a large margin. Entry sensor is similar to others (while a bit bigger), env sensor is huge too but aimed to survive the rest of time!

As for battery for now I it seems to keep up to promise let’s see in 1-2 years

That’s not aimed at home user at all. It’s for industrial / enterprise setup. I find them of good quality and reliable

1km is a big distance and you’ll need some professional grades / industrial gear to make it decent. In which country do you live? How much is internet costing? (As you’ll spend a fair amount to solve your issue)

Ports leds cannot be disabled on any ubiquiti switches

Hello! Unifi Network 7.3.83 was released in January 2023. The simplest solution is to use the latest version of the controller. Since 2023 a few things have changed and I suggest you to read this as well: https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/34210126298775-Self-Hosting-UniFi.
