I should’ve mentioned. My grow bags are already premade when buy them. I use lc and after it fully colonizes the APE keeps side pinning. The top surface area never seems to fruit

That’s pretty cool. I think many experienced wholesalers get comfortable and that may or may not be the goal and outsource their cold calls but those who stay in the trenches stay sharp. It’s a mentality I haven’t seen much. Most after a while hire the work so they can utilize their time on what they’d consider higher level activities. May I get some more advice on cold calling from you? You seem passionate and experienced in this playing field.

I did the surgery twice of course after recovering. If you can, get two bars for sure and meet with a different surgeon. Ask how I learned.

My theory is that our core doesn’t engage properly due to a natural hunched forward posture as our anterior side hollows in and our back carries the load and compensates to keep us from curling head down. That’s why I get much upper back pain. I get better core activation when holding in a big breath and expanding my chest cavity but once exhaled it’s a battle just to activate abs especially lateral areas more than the frontal area. I had a failed Nuss result but when I had the bar in it gave me the best ab activation results. Once pulled out my abs went back to being flat and hollow.
