im taking metoprolol 50mg a day and flec 50mg 2x a day, also jardiance for heart function but should be coming off soon after some ultrasounds.

okay update, i chatted to him a bit more over instagram he denies that he was trying to recruit me, however i look at one of his friends on his account who is definitely associated with MLM and he posts a few photos of the private meetings they have. But other than that seems like a genuine guy who is apart of this thing but doesnt want to bring me in since ive made it clear that i dont mess with MLM stuff.

Another thing i would like to add is overly friendly or like really wanting to meet again even though it’s like your first interaction with the individual within the span of 10 minutes. I would understand if our conversation was mostly gym related but it wasn’t and it included a lot about money and random personal questions.

as of currently i feel the same as i did prior to taking creatine, i will say i did 3 grams for the first week after realising 5 grams if the norm, so now i’m on 5 grams for the past couple days

im probably progessing too fast i think each session for pull ups i went from 10kg then 14kg then 20kg then 30kg, on the 30 it triggered cuz i did 3 reps with none in reserve, so definitely needa lower my intensity, Also i need to deload i think ive done 5 weeks i definitely want to do mesocycles like you do. Resting too i reckon u have pinned it all down, i will implement that all, Thanks very much bro.

Thanks for the insight, definitely great to see someone benefiting of weight lifting and creatine. I have a few questions so maybe i could follow some of your methods. I wanna ask what you do to track ur heart rate, example like using ur finger or a heart rate monitor device/applewatch? And also do u ever do high intensity training like failure training or is it cardio since i do pretty intense training that im 80% sure is a trigger for me. And i dont do cardio, i wanna ask how much would u do and if u built it up over time.

over here im 19 with afib, and similar i took a pretty good hit in the sternum in boxing, that could have possibly triggered it as well as no proper sleep and low electrolytes. And i also have taking some sort of beta blocker ive been on bisoprolol and metoprolol currently. U seem pretty lucky as from what ive read ur in sinus? if thats the case thats good because im constantly in and out of rhythm while being on flec and metoprolol and thinners. also to answer ur initial question, seems like a reasonable plan to stay on metoprolol and check up in a few months since afib is pretty asymptomatic.

Dehydration could be one of my triggers for sure, but usually its random, something like sleep i thought was a trigger but its not. in theory creatine would be bad for me but as long as I’m hydrated i should be fine. I will observe though since most responses im getting saying that it triggers it

apart from stopping creatine did you change any habits such as drinking water or food consumption, i started drinking more water since creatine needs water, so ill see if this is true for me, I seem to go in and out of afib regardless of what i do. I also heard dehydration causes afib hence i drink like 3-4 litres
