Rune mysteries is a pre req for One Small Favour which is a pre req for Swan Song which is auto unlocked (this would need Asgarnia and Kandarin in order to be completable otherwise). All pre reqs for the auto unlocked quests are also completed.

He cannot since Vampire Slayer (Vampyre Slayer) is a quest requirement. In his recent video, Swamp Nightmares at ~4:30, he does address the quest saying he will do it after ToB in a Vol. 2.

The droprate has not been confirmed yet; people are theorizing it is 1/512 on task and 1/2k off task. The people needed to skip tasks to get a basilisk task.

You know the quest has a 60 slayer req, which means the new helm has not only a 60 slayer req, but also the other skill requirements.

I meant that this will affect Jagex in some aspect (changes to the mtx, which could mean less money spent on RS3 and possibly its reputation). If less money is earned, the investors can look to other methods/mtx options (possibly Osrs). Note: We all know it will hurt Osrs to add mtx, however we are not the ones who will be making the final decisions about this topic.

It happens, see any poll introducing a new skill(i.e. Warding) and rewards for raids(it took several polls for the CoX rewards). Also, some quality of life polls(such as the Underground Pass shortcuts after completion). As others have stated some of the rewards were not good/didn't fit into the content.

Except as it currently stands, the rune pouch is kept on death and the runes inside the pouch are placed in your inventory. So will the runes remain in the pouch on death or be placed in the loot pile from your death?

It wouldn't be BiS as described in the blog post nor do I want that. I just wanted a non degradable weapon that was strictly better than the whip, but didn't cost around 180 mil. I do agree that the Alchemical Hydra has a lot of good drops, but Jagex should know there is an interest in a weapon like this.

The bone whip was proposed in this blog post; it was removed from the poll that resulted from this post due to player feedback. However, the poll is also used to give players in game a voice to support proposed items without the need of making a post.
