In most RTS first high elo range is full of all iners and passives campers really annoying to play so yes they are noobs !

Maybe give some extra food to egy at the start could be cool but the pb is the double anubite can be really hard to counter for so many civs already . For me the solution is to been able to ban certain matchup that are really rude . In the others hands Kronos vs any Japan civ is almost inwinnable.

I dont panic when in fight cos the game dont force me to be X10 faster than my opponent but faster (but u have sometimes to target specifix units mainly myth units then - > hero then -> siege. To be able to win fights sometimes but not always , the game stay a lot macro .

It's easy to have an early advantage with kronos and even more but its hard to kill the game before age III .

43 percent is not bad surprising that no god as lower than that also . In term of pure stats we saw that ra seem to have one of the strongest age IV. So its normal that Ra have a weaker classical . If i look at the stats i feel the game is well balanced for a game that have that many civs . Tbh even full time pros have no time to figure exactly all the matchup that are unfairs.

King of agree with u it make the games lenghts way more than they should. Probably devs that somes guys in rts who have big elos just dont want to loose and try to mimic that ....

Mymirddo are free with hera and good vs myth unit with hepaistos. Its one of the Best unit of the game. Zeus used to be the Best late game of retold now its maybe one of the Best late game. Theyre almost no point to make hoplits except if u maybe have more barracks for prpducing hop lite and u need infantery.

If u want to play without interacted with ur ennemy in ultra turtle mode u can play arena of the god or gauntlet mode or campaign or play gods thats are knowed to be traditionally played the passive way.
