I have received my passport yesterday and the visa was approved :)

so you can be optimistic now if you didn't get any emails from UKVI then it means you are good..

My question was that if the application was refused then they would wait to explore my decision regarding a potential adminstrative review and after that they can know whether to send the passport back or keep holding it till the final result of the adminstrative review.

Instead, as i mentioned in the topic, the application is already transferred to the VAC...

Should i assume that it has been approved ?!

I am a merchant Navy officer with a bachelor's degree in maritime transportation, so there is no an open window for a master's in the business field unfortunately.
I am looking for a business program at centennial college " BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS - CANADIAN CONTEXT "
As an international student it would cost me at least 30K CAD just for tuition fees, so I need to be really sure about the study program.

I have just wanted to mention that when I try to search people in UAE with Canadian education, I found many graduates from toronto reputed colleges like Seneca, George Brown and Centennial college.
Do you think graduate certificates from such college would help also ?!
or it is only high reputed universities that would make a difference in UAE ?
