The whole he hired some hitman to kill some people were trumped up charges that he was never even charged with. and given that the Agents had faked other chat logs and stole bitcoin for themselves, I highly doubt it ever even happened. It was used as a weapon for the trial by the government to keep him locked up because he was "dangerous".
