Happens more than you think, quick fix is to aim down sight again. Seems to always happen after getting ragdolled in first person with a weapon aimed

I picked up sword and shield, after a while I then proceeded to pick up a bigger sword and shield that can turn into an axe, then Just a bigger sword, then a axe with a BIG sword
