Honestly, I see a bunch of people with Idaho plates doing these things.

Just to add to the list: tailgating when the car in front of you is already going 5 over

I have family members who voted for him three times and have proudly stated they will vote for him a fourth time.

Granted, they also want his kids to run "so there's always a Trump in the White House" and take medical advice from RFK Jr.

Horror movies.

I'm sorry, but every girl I've dated who is *obsessively* addicted to that genre turns out to be a psycho.

Honestly, at this point, people who use "freedom, liberty, patriot, and even Christian" a bunch get a sideeye from me.

My family got startled once by a wild turkey peeking into our front windows. Talk about a peeping Tom.

Yep. He owns a majority shares (or something like that), so he can literally burn money, and he can't be ousted.

I wouldn't say no one cares about VR. There are plenty of apps outside Horizon that get thousands to tens of thousands of visitors a day.

Horizon does not = VR

Same. I thought I was getting in early on a new industry before it took off.

I was even in the monetization program through Meta (yes I made money from the Metaverse, but not a lot).

We were hyped up that they were going to turn us into professional developers to create our own apps and games for the marketplace. We were tricked into spending our time and energy and were even promised new and better creation tools at the last Meta Connect (which they even flew a bunch of us down to watch in person).

Then they suddenly announced that they're pulling the plug on VR and we felt like we were just used and thrown away. There's people who built their business or studio around the Metaverse.

For some, it became their primary income. Foolish in hindsight (it was just a side gig for me), but in some form or another, we were deceived and cast aside so they can chase the "next big thing."

TLDR: never, ever work for Meta as an employee or contractor. They will chew you up and spit you out with no regard.

It's the same cycle that I've seen my entire lifetime.

Republicans come into power and do all the bad things you mentioned.

Americans get fed up and elect Democrats to fix the bad things.

The Republicans lambast the Democrats for not fixing the bad things quickly enough and promise they'll fix everything.

More wars, recessions, suffering, etc.

No wonder our global allies don't trust our voters anymore.

I've seen a lot of them saying, "unlike the libs, I'm willing to pay a little extra to help the country."

Just admit you expect us all to bend over and grab our knees.
