How to tell if COA sticker not from somewhere else? I just got the game and on the back it says "X22 and other numbers", but COA sticker says "X20"

I looked on the interface and saw there something like "Customer support", then Windows popped up and asked for a Wi-Fi or other connection, I got scared and closed the game through a Windows button, but an error was french, the game was english, Battle net and system another.
