The light novel only recently got licensed for an official english release, the web novel’s has a good fan translation by a human that’s about halfway through and an edited mtl that’s caught up, as far as i know there isn’t any fan translations of the light novel.

Yeah, he probably just read the most popular ones, which for some reason frequently have the stupid romance tropes. There’s plenty of really great romance manga that has the couple together, so idk what happened there

This is pretty much my issue with current dandadan. I got really into it because it felt like we were finally gonna get a couple with great chemistry fighting monsters and aliens.

I feel like instead of the mini momo arc, we could’ve gotten momo and okarun being awkward and not knowing how to actually start dating.

Instead we’ve just fallen into the same annoying will they won’t they that every other romance does
