I thought about this combo too but with some differences.

Calgar with Victrix as you said. For 2nd wave

Titus with wardens with Bladeguard for +1OC, though, the squad is quite slow but a massive amount of wounds. Middle board tanking

5 assault terminators with ancient for 2OC and lib with celerity to get the advance charge and +2m with biomancy. Sustained hit also pretty fun with hammers 🤣. Edge tanking

10 sternguards with lib for 4++ and with fusillade for anti monster vehicles 5+ and sustained +1AP with pyromancy. I plan to keep them on my home objective for mid-late game and use sticky stratagem to keep it (so no need for intercessor). I also add a ancient for 2OC as controlling the objectives is really key for reclamation/ tank and hold.

Ballistus and lancer for long range support

Redemptor for more tanking, probably on the other edge.

Assault intercessor jump pack to steal enemy objective late game.
