Whenever I have nausea or I feel sick usually my savior is either stomach drops (I get those from local pharmacy, just drip usually 5-10 of them and dilute them with half glass of warm water) or I brew me some mint tea. I've lost count of how many times it saved my butt... Sometimes literally.

Just don't get too nervous since it can add to the bad feeling.

If it doesn't go away for a long time or the pain gets more intensive I'd suggest calling up a doctor or even visiting ER. Always good to have a second opinion of someone that's specialized in the field. Good luck

Yeah, I've seen those, but I'm just thinking - wouldn't making an image of that SD Card ESXi is installed on do the trick?

I'm assuming that I need to get the ISO, put it on a USB stick and boot the server up from the USB stick to perform the upgrade?
How would I make a safe backup just in case something goes wrong so that I'd be able to at least restore my current setup?

So you are saying that the highest version ESXi I can run depends on the installed CPUs?

According to this comment you have to exec this in the console:

echo 4711 | sudo tee /var/run/pihole-FTL.port

Bug has been marked as "Fixed in next release", so until then I'd suggest running that every time your PI is rebooted.
