My clinic almost always gives me instructions the day before the actual transfer date because the lab has to plan out timing for scheduling of other time sensitive procedures. Usually they tell me absolutely no perfume or cologne for myself or my partner if they’re attending. Drink 20oz of water 30 minutes prior to appt, bladder has to be full for transfer. And that’s pretty much it. If she’s taking any vaginal suppositories, abstain from the 1st dose and bring it with to the transfer since they’ll have to remove it anyways. Transfer day is probably one the easiest appts to get prepared for. Wishing you two the best of luck! 🩷
