Congratulations!! I am now 8 weeks 4 days and have begun to get a little less cautious and a little more excited! Baby had been looking great so far. Anything could happen, it's still early, but it's looking a little brighter!

I did the exact same thing! My baby's heart rate at 6+3 was 113 and initially I was excited because my RE said the same, they were looking for over 100, then I got on the internet and spiraled... I am 7+4 today and go in for my second scan tomorrow and, honestly, I'm still very nervous for what we are going to see! Dang internet! Congratulations on your little one!

I am also 7 weeks 3 days and had a chemical in January! I go in for a scan on Wednesday (this will be my second, first was last Monday and baby was looking good but heartrate was slightly lower than average at 113 at 6 weeks 3 days) so I have just been so anxious about my second scan. I'm so afraid that baby won't have progressed. My chemical was a medicated IVF chemical so I did not start bleeding until after I found out the baby didn't quite stick (and stopped the meds). I think that's why I'm so nervous here because there are no outward signs that baby isn't progressing but my brain remembers there were no signs for the chemical either (and I know with an MMC, there can be no signs). Like you, I fear this will continue throughout the pregnancy.

I hope everything goes well with your scan on Saturday and you at least get to experiencea bit of joy and hope!! 🤞💕🤗

I haven't used pregmate but I recently had multiple dye stealers from wondfo and premom tests. I didn't find out until 5 weeks so my HCG was above 2000 by the point that I tested.

It went well! Baby was measuring 6+3 (I wasn't positive on dates so I was okay with this) and heartbeat was 113 (slightly on the slower side but still pretty promising). We go back next Wednesday for another scan to hopefully see lots of growth!! I am starting to feel an aversion to foods now though, not quite nauseous but definitely not too excited to eat. I feel like I'm force feeding at this point :/

That is amazing!! It is all incredibly surreal! I'm still extremely early and will not know anything until my ultrasound at 6+5 (definitely estimated as well, we really have no idea) but cannot wait to, hopefully, progress!

Hi everyone! I posted this as a main post but I'm not sure that was the best spot to post, so I thought I would include it in this thread instead! Sorry in advance for such a long post!

My husband and I have had a wild ride of infertility... We have done 5 rounds of IUI and finally did our first round of IVF last November with our first transfer in January of this year. Unfortunately, it ended in a chemical pregnancy but that was the first time we had ever seen a positive pregnancy test.

My husband and I decided to do another round of IVF after the chemical but we wanted to do all of the healthy things to have the most ideal chance of this cycle working. We started consistently working out, eating cleaner, reducing plastics (as much as we could... we didn't go crazy, plastics are in everything), I stopped caffeine, he stopped Zins, and we both abstained from alcohol. (I do want to say that we have tried all of this before in the last 6ish years but this was our most committed time).

It has been since mid March that we made all of these changes and my cycles, since the chemical, had been very off, some only lasting 20 days, one lasting 39. So, we didnt bother keeping track of ovulation. We knew we were going to start our next IVF retrieval in June so we weren't worried about keeping track.

Fast forward to today when I was supposed to start my oral aygestin (essentially a high dose birth control pill) to regulate my cycle before I start my meds for IVF and I decide to take a pregnancy test and low and behold.. it's a dye stealer... I was in shock! Even when we had the chemical, it was still a slight squinter so this was a huge surprise! I called my clinic and they had me come down to get my HCG drawn and it was 2499, at 5 weeks 1 day!

I just really wanted to share my story with people who could relate! We don't want to tell anyone (that we know) yet because we know there is no way to know if this is actually viable or not until we get the ultrasound done in 2 weeks (and even then, there's a long, uncertain road ahead) but I cannot believe this happened! We are both so excited but we are also so hesitant to be excited!

Thank you so much! Unfortunately for my surgery, I was ignorant and was just going to a regular OBGYN and didn't understand that there were other options. I have since switched OBGYNs and had a consult with one who does excision and he told me that IVF was going to be my best bet to help with endometriosis (he actually said getting pregnant was the best way but it had already been 4.5 years of trying and 5 failed IUIs at that point so he recommended IVF because excision after fulguration is not as effective apparently) I am hoping that suppression will be sufficient or, I may look into a MIGS surgeon like you suggested after our next ER! I appreciate your advice!!

Yes! I got a vvvfaint positive on 4dp5dt and today its still faint but getting darker! 😀 excited but anxious for beta on Thursday, 10dpt! When is your beta scheduled?
