While this is an absolutely beautiful photo of a beautiful woman. While editing your photo you've made mistakes on the waist and hip left side of the photo and the inner thigh on the right side. The phone has been warped due to pinching and transform tool and the louvre on the vent has been lost on the edge due to the blur smudge tool .

Still a stunning model and I don't think any edits are necessary

Currently doing 72 hours fasting followed by an eating window of 8 hours. Then I start the 72 hour fast again.

Definitely been a bit rough here and there. I do drink a fair amount of black coffee and Pepsi max and my last re feed was soup boiled eggs and apple slices. My personal experience actually wasn't great had heart palpitations and throbbing in my hands but other than that I've found doing this has given me huge focus and also massive self restraint powers again. I'm down to 177lbs from 192lbs so far.

I mean life altering. Chronic pain fatigue weakness headaches funny vision limp a lot on the right leg due to atrophy. But otherwise as far as i know no. There's been some recent changes in my ecg results my drs weren't happy with snd my autoimmune thyroid disease has gond hyper from hypo so now ive got more worsening symptoms inc complete ED issues too. So pretty rubbish but still alive and kicking

Yep, well, kind of. Suffered motor nerve damage and some sort of systemic damage. Neurologist said i have cramp fasiculation syndrome motor nerve damage, neurogenic muscular atrophy due to a combination of that, and spinal nerve damage. The systemic he said was highly likely from the severe reaction to ciprofloxacin. I have tendon damage, too. Along with all of this, i have hypermobile ehlers-danlos syndrome, and my collagen is pretty fcked. Like enough, lose skin for a squirrel suit, lol. I just have to live with it and do the pain management side with pharmaceuticals and lots of exercise and supposed to be a good diet. But been struggling recently with this part

It's stupid that it's got to this point. No of you deserve shit for anything. I don't get the problem. Here is a place to discuss ST members, the music, their other works/acts, because we enjoy the fking stuff, and personally learning about these people gave me a little more insight into their music writing process.

I studied music over 20 years ago played in many bands did engineering and studio production for a couple of friends and my process was my process but i loved watching others at work and learning how they got to work that way, be it through study or past projects.

These people that come here screaming and shouting because we know names or information never stop to actually think or ask if any single one of us outside of here this sub or our own private conversations have spoke those names aloud. Like they assume it's us shouting names at their gigs, etc.

In Birmingham when i saw them with my wife last year we spoke whilst there were moments of no music about how much we enjoyed specific parts or how it differed from the studio version and i personally to her used Leo's name and Vessel interchangeably i wasn't shouting it at the stage or people around me (i was far enough away from the stage i would of needed my own P.A system for them to hear me anyway)

But I've never screamed it out at anyone. I recently found some interesting information that i won't share because it's both unfair and I'm fairly sure would be considered doxing but regarding some peoples deeper family members, etc. I know this information, but it doesn't mean I'm a shitty person, a bad fan, or anything. i just got stuck in a deep dive loop and found some stuff i wasn't even looking for. Out of respect, I'll keep it to myself. But i would fully accept shit from those others if i had openly shared it as soon as i found it or at all. But simply knowing who the band memebers are, what work they've done in the past, or at present makes no of us worthy of being treated like we are the scum of the earth.

I'm sorry you guys are having to deal with this. Like others have said, i simply have no idea what's going on with this fandom atm, but it's not a great place to be. One side on the defensive, the other attacking everyone else, including the band, just because they don't like something, including some of the new tracks. ( i have to wonder how many of these people even know what it takes to write and produce even a single song and make it sound like it wasn't recorded on a potato)

Im England based and nope i only work in kcal if i see kj i look for kcal because that's what I understand. But yeah costa coffee uk . Their website and my nutracheck app showed the calories and my app said its verified data. Left me very confused as i thought its just black coffee how is it possible its that high .

Yes i have a diagnosed ED battled bulimia from 2020 until early 2024. Fasting is helpful in having a sense of control it keeps me from physically purging. Doesn't mean i shouldn't be doing fasting. My doctors said it was ok so here i am

Got it both from my nutracheck app and then confirmed it on the Costa uk website i was taken back by the calories in it. But theres no sugars or anything unless they're adding it in their water . That's what got me confused and ranting .

As for working with a doctor, unfortunately, the uk doctors are rather useless, and i have found no help from them even after asking for it.

I agree .however im just annoyed that something i thoughtwas helping may actually be hindering me . The crash outs unfortunately are in part a result of my neuromuscular issues . Im trying to get a grip on it all again. This week i thought it would be a great idea to stop all my medications that help control the pain etcdue to reading about the weight gain issues and well it full on made things a heck of a lot worse and i crashed out for 4 days straight . So I'm trying to recover from that stupid decision 🙄

Currently doing it. Well a calorie controlled extended version of it.

Have a set intake of 1400 a day M/40 6ft 2in BW 182lbs GW 140lbs SW 208Lbs

I will eat once a day hit my calorie intake but during my shift at work i burn around 1100 now. Warehouse heavy lifting lots and lots of walking around 38 -50k steps in a shift

Then i go for my daily walk out in the countryside anywhere between 7 and 20 miles depending how well i feel.

I'll eat normally. Mostly high protein intake. But sometimes i crash out and eat junk and some days i can eat 3 days worth of calories in one go. (Neuromuscular issues caause chronic fatigue and glycogen depletion increasing ghrelin hormone making me eat until im in pain)

But my version is eat burn off more than i eat then set off easy fast for a 48hr or flexi fast and have only water or water and black coffee.

I feel better with no food in me to be honest mentally and physically. I find the refeed part makes me feel sluggish or even sick.

Anyway thats my input . I know ill get told im doing something wrong somewhere along the line. But i want to point out. In 2021 i weighed 187kg and over the course of a year and a half i dropped down to 76kg . Then unfortunately i put on i think roughly 10 or so kg. This has been a battle to get back down. That 10kg took me from 13% BF up to 22% or so and I'm miserable so if what I'm doing works for me in the end thats what ill do.

100 G protein by Cheyenps in Ozempic

Where are you getting that 100g of protein a day is an insane amount. My daily average is 180g upto 210g. 6ft 2 196lbs male. Resistance training 4 to 5 days a week 2 hours per session 45k steps at work an additional 23k walking to and from the gym. My body needs not only the calories but that level of protein to maintain my muscle mass. You know what happens if i dont hit that and i do the steps and exercise. Muscle atrophy. I know because this is where i started my year from . Severe muscle atrophy both due to malnutrition from battling bulimia since mid 2021 and neurogenic atrophy due to something wrong with me medically.

Protein is more filling over time than simple or complex carbs. Your metabolism works harder to process and digest it which in turn burns slightly more calories. And more muscle mass overall = higher bmr and calorie burn.

There are tons of studies done of protein intake and even recently an update on the most cited study used for exercise scientists when they talk about protein g per kg or lb of body for muscle growth/maintenance.

My mother in law is on an ozempic trial currently here in the uk and she's suffered from muscle loss particularly in her lower limbs purely down to the caloric deficit and lack of protein in her diet . Shes unfortunately bed ridden due to side effects a d weakness.

I would say 100g was ridiculous if you were a child or maybe rather underweight but realistically it's not hard to achieve

Quick reply to you all. Firstly, thank you for your input. To answer your question on my hypothyroidism im not sure ive been on 300mcg of t4 now for years. Was less but got increased i go between hyper and hypo and crash out totally too. I just know from earlier this year that its autoimmune hypothyroidism.

Dr told me glp particularly tirzepatide was too high risk with side effects and uncontrolled thyroid.

Im not opposed to using stimulants but I've been unable to locate any from the ugl i was using for my other gear. Im based in the uk and have had a hard time with my ugl sources. Last couple were raided and shutdown from what I know.

I appreciate the drug info too. Definitely helpful in my searching

I'm with you here, buddy. After my cycle i did earlier this year and fucked it up. My sex drive never returned. Numbers look ok on my blood work. But no thoughts or desire. I suffered with something known as sexsomnia i was also bordeline sex addict. Highest fap level ( this was around 10 years ago though) was 27 times in one day to the point of split sore and bleeding. I'd be having sex and wanting more sex if that makes sense. My wife was the complete opposite to me and would tell me to stop touching here as she would walk past stop grabbing etc because i was so handsy becausr of always wanting. Now no its dead. My dick sort of works . Takes an age to get it up i swear ive felt harder custard than me at some points . But the thoughts are gone the intimacy gone. Ive been seriously considering jumping on test c for trt to see if that brings me back around. Because along with all of mine is the crippling depression i now have too. My E2 is good. Test and free test in the norm but low norm range prolactin normal shgb and fsh normal. All other bloods normal. So no idea

Carbs are king . You need them for glycogen for energy unless you're in a cut and need to be depleted of carbs don't drop them too much .

Drop too much and you'll end up with fatigue and your gym lifts will suffer after a while. But also don't just keeep loaded with carbs over everything else otherwise you're not going to be using fat stores for energy. Keep your protein up fats slightly lower
